I'm a QA enthusiast based in Surabaya with 2 years of experience in the IT industry. My experiences for the past few years has been about IT Tech Support, but recently I'm interested in QA. I’ve learned about several tools of QA automation (Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Katalon Studio and Robot Framework). Hopefully in the next year I can get my next journey as QA Engineer or Software Engineer

Responsible for company applications used by employees.

Responsible for receiving calls from employees who find it difficult to run applications that support the company's operational activities.

Responsible to create tickets for any employee or user problems.

Responsible for installing the network configuration to the user's pc and fixing it when it is not connected to the network

AI Developer Assistant (Volunteer)

EEPIS Robotic Laboratory , Surabaya, Indonesia – (Oct 2017 - Aug 2018)

I help the Al Programmer as assistant to program the robot. I develop the basestaion of the robot, basestaion is UI which is uset to interact between the operator and the robot. Besides, I program the robot strategy based on the rules of Kontes Robot Indonesia (KRI). Sometimes I help in hardware division to solder the hardware component.
